A quiet London kitchen, an old family recipe, and batter that ferments overnight.
Subodhaya (सुबोधया) means "the light of a new dawn". We built this cloud kitchen so Londoners could start their morning with the breakfast our grandmothers made — no shortcuts, no compromises. Rice and urad soaked and ground the traditional way, chutneys pounded by hand, coffee brewed through a copper filter. Then packed hot and cycled to your door.
